| CARE International in the Caucasus expresses its concern over the current hostilities undertaken in Georgia. CARE calls on all parties to cease violent conflict and allow humanitarian organizations to assist people who need medical attention, shelter, food, water and other basic needs. We express our greatest regret to the families of casualties and affected. CARE International in the Caucasus will do all in its power to assist and ease the situation of Internally Displaced People (IDPs) by providing with the most crucial first-aid humanitarian assistance timely and effectively. CARE seeks a world of hope, tolerance and social justice, where people live in peace, dignity and security. All our efforts are oriented to contribute to achieving this aim. |
